To help launch the Benelux webshop, the company is now looking for an Ecommerce Specialist who will manage the Benelux webshop (~300 references of pet products).

Your mission :

In collaboration with local General Manager, Marketing, IT, Finance & Sales departments and corporate e-commerce department, your main mission is to implement an online business strategy, applying corporate guidelines adapted to the local market : products, prices, campaigns and policies.

You prepare and implement e-commerce campaigns that drive traffic to the e-commerce site, and e-merchandising to increase conversion of online visitors.

You manage the e-commerce platform operations smoothly: order monthly free goods, choose relevant packaging, delivery options and service monitoring, launch insite campaigns to support special offers,…

In collaboration with global and regional teams and local IT, you ensure the website Design & User Experience in terms of navigation, payment mechanisms, system security, customer’s sensitive data, availability of products and content of product information.

You follow an online competitive landscape and adapt strategy to best serve the interests of the company and to keep pace with competitors’ websites best practices. You keep up to date with online, software, data and web technology trends, introducing additional functionality to enhance the site.

You monitor site performance metrics to give detailed insight and in-depth analysis. You recommend changes to improve performance. You use revenue simulator in order to ensure sales objectives are achieved in accordance with the budget. You predict stock requirements base on sales trends.

You manage Customer Feedback & Reviews.

 

Your profile :

  • You benefit from a 3+ years experience in Ecommerce in a similar role ;
  • You speak fluently French and Dutch, Business and technical English being also mandatory ;
  • You bring an expertise in Webmastering : you understand web quality rules, page speed,… ;
  • You have Data Analysis & Forecasting abilities as well as Spreadsheet editor (eg: Google Sheets) expertise ;
  • You have an expertise in SEO, paid campaign management, SEA, Google Ads, E-merchandising,… enabling you oversee the entirety of campaigns and challenge the agency.
